South Quay Gallery & Learning Centre
A resource for the arts in Great Yarmouth

WHO WE ARE

South Quay Gallery is a brand new creative space in the heart of Great Yarmouth. We opened our doors for the first time on 4th April 2026.

We’ve lovingly reimagined an entire building to create something special — a place where art, community and everyday life meet. The gallery brings together a dedicated exhibition space, a small and welcoming café, and a light-filled area for workshops and classes. It’s also our home, making this a deeply personal and heartfelt project.

Our inspiration comes from the spirit of Kettle’s Yard in Cambridge — a place that feels calm, inclusive and quietly inspiring. We hope to create that same sense of warmth and belonging here: somewhere you can drop in, linger, and feel part of something creative.

Exhibitions change monthly throughout the year, ensuring there’s always something new to discover — whether you’re a regular visitor or just passing by.

We are be open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00am until 6:00pm

We look forward to welcoming you.
